The New York City Regional Center was approved in 2008 by the USCIS to secure foreign investment funding for real estate projects in Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Paul Levinsohn and George Olsen are both the Managing Principals of the New York City Regional Center, or NYCRC. Both Olsen and Levinsohn are attorneys who have extensive backgrounds in finance and real estate. “The EB-5 program was established by Congress to create jobs through foreign investment,” said Paul Levinsohn. “It has become a significant source of financing for important New York City projects such as the redevelopment of the City’s East River waterfront and the Brooklyn Navy Yard.”
