In 2008, Paul Levinsohn led an investment team that purchased the assets of a Maine-based nutritional supplement company. The investment team consisted of individuals with significant experience in retail distribution and investment banking. The principals have also worked closely with some of the largest retailers in the United States and Asia and have overseen various companies in a wide range of industry sectors. Mr. Levinsohn has been an attorney for the past 17 years and has a strong history in running companies and turning around distressed assets.

Under Mr. Levinsohn’s leadership, the company has expanded its retail distribution to include Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam’s Club, and The Vitamin Shoppe.

“Our team in Westbrook, Maine prides itself on providing premium, specialty supplements that meet the retail consumers growing health and wellness needs,” noted Mr. Levinsohn. “Our manufacturing partner’s facility primarily develops products for healthcare professionals, so only the finest raw materials are used and all manufacturing is performed under the strictest of guidelines.”

Mr. Levinsohn also added: “Our company believes it is important to give back to the community. Over the past few years, we have been a proud sponsor of the following organizations and their good work: Sunrise Day Camp; The Children’s Aid Society; and the Maine Cancer Foundation.”
